Amidst lush orange groves and delicate wisterias, he cultivated both land and community with tender attention. His dream: to ensure every visitor basked in the town's breathtaking beauty and warm embrace.

Years after his peaceful passing, murmurs of legend rustled through Sierra Madre's ancient trees. Franklin's grave lay empty; his eternal rest disturbed. Now, it’s whispered, his gentle spirit roams the town, an unseen guardian preserving the town's enduring charm and harmonious fellowship. If you're lucky, you may catch a glimpse of him, The Madre Mummy, on one of our endearing streets.
