Solimar Madre, Goddess of the Sunset
In the final moments of each day, as the sun begins its descent toward the horizon, there exists a magical instant where time seems to stand still. It’s at this very point where Solimar Madre emerges, embodying the breathtaking union of the sun and sea. Her name, "Solimar," meaning "sun and sea," captures the essence of this fleeting but powerful connection.
As the golden sun sinks lower, its warm light dances upon the ocean waves, igniting a kaleidoscope of colors—fiery oranges, radiant pinks, and rich purples that swirl together, painting the sky and the sea in hues of brilliance. Solimar Madre holds this moment with delicate hands, drawing out each shade and blending them into a masterpiece that graces the horizon.
Like the waves that rise and fall, she carries the energy of the ocean within her, embodying the strength and tranquility of the sea. Her presence is felt in the gentle breeze that cools the skin and in the shimmering light that glimmers on the water's surface. And just as the colors reach their peak, she allows them to gradually fade, guiding the sun beyond the horizon and into the realm of dreams.
Solimar Madre is the guardian of transitions, reminding us of the beauty found in endings that pave the way for new beginnings. She teaches us to cherish the magic in every moment, to find wonder in the ordinary, and to embrace the ebb and flow of life with grace and serenity.
In this sacred dance of day and night, Solimar Madre joins her sisters, each embodying a unique gift: Mariposa Madre (2021), with her spirit of transformation; Kailani Madre (2022), with her connection to the waves; and Girasol Madre (2023), who brings the warmth and optimism of the sunflowers. Together, they form a circle of light, each one adding to the magic and beauty that fills the world.
