For when she was filming a Jazzercise video her sweat band shrunk from all the sweat and ended up cutting off her circulation later killing her. That’s why her head is abnormally small. When she died she got sent to BeatleJuice because the dead thought she needed a chance of to find her soulmate after all she never did.
