Every Halloween, a ghostly Elvis haunts Baldwin Ave, his white jumpsuit glowing under the streetlights as he moves in jerky motions, “Doin’ the Claw.” He sings a warped version of "Jailhouse Rock," his eerie voice echoing through the night. Locals say he's searching for something lost, and those who see him are left with an unsettling chill that lingers long after he vanishes.
