Scum is a random trouble maker who was actually trying his hand working at the float, when along came a spider.. and you see what happened here. Mariachi Loca wanted to serenade the spider to put Scum down and she got all tangled up in the chaos. Perhaps if you are here late enough, you'll hear her haunting tunes or the relentless snickering of the spider.
